It’s only natural that this easy-as-pie smoothie recipe honours our favourite harvest desserts in a healthful and satisfying way. Warming cinnamon keeps sugar cravings in check and hemp seeds are a top-notch source of protein. 




  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 sweet apples (such as 'Gala' or 'Honeycrisp'), cored and quartered
  • 1/2 cup non-fat plain organic yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


1 Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve.
